The Study Of The Current Situation And Reasonable Allocation Of Physical Facility Resources In Urban And Rural Elementary And Middle Schools In Gansu Province

The basic education is origin and foundation of the society fair,the fair ofcompulsory education is premise of all the basic education. Basal education is theeducation which every citizen must accept in modern society, only everyone enjoysthe chance and condion which accepts the basal education aqually, the fair of allsociety will realize likely. Configuring reasonable at resource of school PE is premiseand foundation which the development of school PE, resource of sport equipment isimportant constituent parts of school PE, basic guarantee in optimizing resource ofschool PE, an important and real topic which in education reform and development ofschool PE now. The thesis use the way of bibliographic search, fielid survey,questionnaire survey, mathematicalstatistics and analyse with logic. The thesis hasinvestigated and analysed what being aimed at basic conditiones and differenceswhich the resource of middle school’s sport equipments, and reasonable collocation,over these for promoting the middle school’s PE education has developed balancedand providing reference frame for decision-making department of education.1、Sports Facilities Resources is an important part of School sports facilities, thebasic guarantee to the normal development of Physical education activities, and playsan important role in the formation of students interest in sports.2、Due to geographical constraints, the pass rate only reaches36%in most primaryand high schools. The pass rate of the football field is only13.5%in primary schoolsin the cities, and78%in the rural area. due to the fund, the pass rate of the sportsequipment is only28.7%in the rural area, and83.6%in the cities.3、The fund of the sports field and equipment is sufficient in the primary and highschools in citises, besides the fund, our Government and society also providefinancial subsidy to improve the school sports facilities resources. But in the rural areathe primary and high schools more depend on the national policy.4、The rural school leaders do not pay attention to physical education, resulting inirrational use of fund for sports, the serious of sports facilities idle, and theenthusiasm abating of the education.The teachers can not guarantee the quality ofeducation, and also reduces the students’ interest in sports.5、 The Urban-rural dual structure system causes the educational philosophyprejudice,and a large number of students to choose the good condition of theschools,which makes the increase of the students in these schools, the sports fieldand equipment not enough to use, the loss of students and idle status of sportsequipment. 6、The reason for the difference of Schools Sports Facilities Resources in GansuProvince mainly are: the Urban-rural dual structure system, the fund educationdifferences, the concept of innovation and the lack of attention to it.
