The purpose of this study is through the movement of Microlecture connotationand using Delphi method, the construction of teachers evaluation index system ofcourse work, to improve the quality of Microlecture work provides reliable referencevalue, and through this way to improve the level of teachers professionaldevelopment.In order to achieve this purpose, first, the author through the analysisof relevant literature at home and abroad, the expert group and together tocomplete the first round of the Delphi questionnaires, preliminary build teacherevaluation index system of course work, and then the author compiled a secondround of Delphi expert questionnaire and collect the group of opinion of each indexand the index connotation of the specification, through the analysis of the results,further adjusting teachers work evaluation index system framework, draw theteacher evaluation index system of Microlecture work revision, the last in the thirdround of the Delphi survey, through the consult expert group opinion again, whenexperts group consensus on each index is high, basically consistent conclusion,constructed the evaluation index system of teachers Microlecture work.This researchobtained the following results:1. Constructed the evaluation index system of coursework, teachers and contains three areas content, art, technology,15indicators andconnotation.2. Microlecture, teachers work evaluation index system of the threeareas involved in15importance indices and connotation through evaluation analysisconnotation, belongs to the important connotation of11, belong to "secondarymeaning" with three items, belongs to the connotation of the "other" item1.
