With the development of information technology, the boost of the education informationand the curriculum reform, various kinds of modern education technique medium andinformation resources have been introduced into schools. Information technology represented bycomputer and the Internet is widely used in primary and secondary schools. The greatlyaccelerated pace of education modernization, the teachers’ lesson preparation and instructionalmethods have taken place in fundamental changes. In this background, the informatizationinstructional design emerges as the times require, and gradually replace the traditionalinstructional design mode. The ability of teachers’ informationized instructional design hasbecome a standard measure of teachers’ professional quality. However, informationizedinstructional design, as a new type of instructional design, will appear some problems in theapplication process. So researching all aspects of the present situation of primary and middleschools’ informationized instructional design, finding the problems and putting forwardreasonable solution strategies becomes particularly important.This study starts with the concept of informationized instructional design, analyses thepresent situation.By using literature analysis method, field observation method, questionnairesurvey method, and so on, select39elementary and middle schools from Jinan, Qingdao, Zibo,Jining and Linyi, deeply investigate the present situation of it. Through statistic and analysis thesurveys data, summarizes the overall situation and their differences of informationizedinstructional design of primary and secondary schools in Shandong province, from theimplementation of conditions, the implementation and effect, analysis to find out the existingproblems and the reasons why appearing these problems. Finally, put forward thecountermeasures to solve these problems from four aspects: the capital investment, educationidea, the management behavior and teacher trainin.This paper consists of seven parts. The first part is the introduction of this research, which takes a whole description of this subject, including reasons and significance of the study,research status, research contents and research methods. In the second part, elaborate the concept,characteristics, theoretical basis, process and basic principles of informationized instructionaldesign, after discusses the connotation of instructional design and development process. And putforward the definition of informationized instructional design, combined with the study, whichprovides a theoretical basis for subsequent research. The third part states the survey design andimplementation of the present situation of informationized instructional design in Shandongprovince in detail, which mainly contains the purpose of the survey, investigation method, theselection of respondents, the questionnaire design and the establishment and implementation ofthe survey. The fourth part is analysis the questionnaire data in depth, find the current situation ofprimary and secondary school teachers informationized instructional design in Shandongprovince from three aspects, implementation of conditions, the implementation and effect, andmake a evaluation of Implementation. The fifth part is make a contrast on the survey data forfurther, analysis and sum up the differences of informationized instructional design in Shandongprovince, including the informationized instructional design related conditions, theimplementation and effect between regions, between urban and rural areas in Shandong provinceand without differences between students section of the school. The sixth part is pointe out theproblems existing in the informatization instructional design in Shandong province, analysis tofind out the cause of these problems from different aspects, such as society, schools and teachersthemselves, and finally, put forward reasonable and scientific countermeasures according to thereasons. The seventh part is summarize and prospect, mainly includes research conclusion andprospect.
