Private colleges and universities is an important part of higher education in China.But relative to the development of economic the progress of economic reform, the professional teachers’income of private colleges is still at a strikingly lower place. In the past time, the old salary management mode has some problems. In some ways the old salary management has been unable to meet the need of the talents in the era of knowledge economic, and also private universities for high-quality talents, the backbone of talent attraction began to decline, internal talents also appeared outflow phenomenon.The ability to attract the high-quality and backbone talents of the private universities began to reduce. And also, the brain drain phenomenon happened in those universities.Therefore, this paper first from the economics, management and the perspective of psychological behavior of domestic and foreign compensation theory and incentive theory related research achievements on evaluation reviews and carding, summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars have achievements and limitations, as a breakthrough in this paper, makes every effort through to this article research in order to solve these problems and provide feasible solutions. And then according to foreign scholars about the university teachers’salary system and salary incentive management the related researches on understanding and analysis, for H college establishing incentive type salary model provides reference basis and theoretical guidance, and at the same time, through to the domestic scholars about public universities and private universities salary system reform and other related research on understanding and analysis, for H college building incentive salary model to provide the reality basis and guidance Suggestions, to understand survey H college first salary model after the general situation, the author theory with practice, because the school condition analysis constructs the incentive compensation mode.This paper is divided into five chapters three parts, the first part is mainly to the salary management and incentive theory related concept and theory introduces classification, this paper tries to solve the problem well theory foreshadowing. The second part in the former part of the basis of the study, from the concept, characteristics, guiding ideology, principles and other detailed elaborated the drive type salary model. The third part for H college current salary model and the related case discussion and analysis, in close connection with the second part of the building of ideas, combined with H college actual situation to the salary structure, welfare distribution scheme reform and motivational compensation mode application implementation related rules to make a deep discussion.This article with the whole the point of view of system in Anhui province private universities H college first salary model, will pay theory and incentive theory, which can be used for reference of the place and H college status made effective combination, make the incentive compensation model is more flexible and efficient has strong incentive significance, in the hope that the author’s shallow study can make the Anhui Province high colleges run by the local people in the face of human resources in the competition is getting daily intensified environment to establish competitive and incentive compensation mode, attract, retain, cultivating excellent teachers, improve the teaching and management level, strengthen their own core competitiveness, and build a harmonious social environment respect knowledge and talent of the good atmosphere, private higher education in Anhui Province to realize the sustainable development.
