In today’s rapid economic development, quality of work life (QWL) began graduallybecome the focus of everyone’s attention. When people just limited to basic survival andsecurity needs, they often substantial income, stable job as a career choice of the primaryfactors to consider, but gradually Along with social progress and the improvement of livingstandards, the self-awareness of enterprise employees awakening, people are increasinglyconcerned about the working life to bring their own feelings, so the quality of working life ofthis new concept came into being. It made people realize that: the organizations workers inaddition to require a higher income and stable work, there are many more important goal topursue. Therefore, many organizations concerned about its goals at the same time, began tocreate all conditions to improve the well-being of workers in the work. At this stage in Chinato improve the quality of work life has become the first choice for many enterprises toincrease employee job performance.Many businesses have been explored to improve QWL methods and means of theworkers, from different angles, in different directions looking for a breakthrough in an attemptto find a low investment and efficient way, between enterprises and workers to establish a"win-win"situation. At present, however, a lot of research staff sports behavior at home andabroad, but to study its relationship with employees QWL little, therefore, to carry on the theworkers sporting behavior and the quality of working life of the related research will improvethe National Fitness Program in Trade Unions sports in popularity, and promote theharmonious development of enterprises has a double meaning.In this paper, the literature data, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics methodand other methods of sports behavior and the quality of working life of the state-ownedenterprise workers in Xingtai City by the line of correlation analysis, the followingconclusions:(1) The state-owned enterprise workers of different gender has a significant difference inthe sporting behavior of content and sports behavior intensity; in no significant difference inthe quality of working life.(2) The state-owned enterprise workers of different age has a significant difference in the sporting behavior content and sports behavior level; life protection, promotion and reward onthe quality of working life, job growth, interpersonal relationships and respect has verysignificant difference.(3) the marital status of the state-owned enterprise workers in the sporting attitude andsocial groups have a significant difference; extremely significant difference in the quality ofworking life, job growth, work and family leisure and respect.(4) different academic level of the state-owned enterprise workers in sports values andorganizational guidance has significant difference; in the quality of working life, lifeprotection, work grow and respect has significantly with differences in job characteristics andpromotion reward has extremely significant difference.(5) different enterprise scale type of state-owned enterprises workers on the guidance ofsports consumption level, venues and facilities, organizations have significant differences onthe enterprise itself has extremely significant with differences; in the quality of working life,life protection, work and family leisure have significant differences, has a very significantdifference in the promotion reward.(6) the type of state-owned enterprise workers of different occupations in a significantdifference in the degree of attitude in sports and sports behavior frequency; significantdifference on the promotion reward in the quality of working life.(7) different from the average monthly income of the state-owned enterprise workers inthe sports motive and sporting behavior as well as venue facilities and sports guidance with asignificant difference, the sports consumer experience and sports consumption level hasextremely significant with differences; quality of working life The promotion rewards,interpersonal relationships and respect with significant differences in the protection of life andwork and family leisure has extremely significant difference.(8) between the state-owned enterprise workers sporting behavior and the quality ofworking life was extremely significant positive correlation.
