For the designing force of the curriculum program, it shows that the principals’ awareness of curriculum leadership is very obvious, the curriculum knowledge needs improving, curriculum decision is highly democratic. For the running force of the curriculum implementation, it indicates that curriculum organization system is basically sound, the teachers’ execution force of school-based curriculum needs strengthening, the principals’ guidance to the teaching needs to do in-depth.
