As the population information system continues to expand the scope of application, data will be rapid growth; a simple expansion of facilities can meet the population information system’s demand but not a permanent solution. The cloud computing has the advantages of lower IT spending,faster line speed and reducing the complexity of the project,which attract more and more attention. The data of population information storage to the cloud platform can significantly reduce the budget and maintenance of complex IT infrastructure, but also reduces the workload of the local server is down because of loss of information caused huge losses. However, the population information system data stored in the cloud services platform is facing huge problems is that the privacy protection of population information data. First, the data which the population information system collected included the couple’s age, gender, home address, ID number, disease information, and basic information even includes information on fetal birth, so the data with high privacy protection, a one-time gain and soon. Second, the cloud service platform is entirely controlled by the cloud service provider, so the data are still unreliable because the cloud service provider has led to the loss of privacy. Therefore, the study population information system data stored in the cloud services platform specifically privacy protection technology has very important significance.First, we analyze two aspects of the population information system which includes architecture and data characteristics. Then we study the cloud service platform and existing privacy protection techniques. In the study, based on the combination of the characteristics of the population information system data mutually exclusive data-based information system data on population attributes to slice, and with third-party service providers or the privacy policies interact to generate the data slice identifies DTL, after the biopsy because the data is still there is loss of privacy risk, so the mechanism by averaging the data falsification to confuse the relationship between the data slices. To prevent data being associated with inter-slice attack, due to cloud service providers exist as motivated to sell user data to information, so the design of the introduction of semi-trusted third party service providers to protect the privacy of the model.Presented in this paper based on semi-trusted third party’s privacy model is to solve the population information system data to the cloud data services platform facing the loss of privacy issues. Through the introduction of data based on data attributes mutually exclusive and semi-trusted third-party slice privacy policies generated data sections identified for the population information system data storage processes in the model, the population information system data, delete, read, process privacy protection. Finally, the model for the analysis of safety indicators can be achieved on the Population Information System data privacy purposes.
