In the field of test and measurement, the telemetry system is the important test system ofthe aircraft flight test system, need to real-time record the telemetry subsystem working stateparameter reliably, so the data storage device as the important data recording equipment isparticularly important. However, in the actual aircraft flight test, the aircraft measurement andcontrol equipment which installed in the internal of aircraft working in the harsh environmentof high overload, such as high speed, high pressure, and high impact and so on. If the datastorage device needed to gain the measurement data in the process of flight completely,accurately, and reliably, there is an urgent need to design a data-recording device in the highoverload environment, to ensure that the test is completed, and to provide complete andaccurate data to interpretation and analysis for designers.This paper, based on the harsh work environment of flying aircraft and the characteristicsof aircraft measurement data are large and high streaming, designs a kind of data-recordingdevice, it can not only work normally in certain circumstances, but also has so much greatmerit, such as high speed, real time, large storage capacity, the read-back, high reliability etc.According to the data memory task requirements and technical functions indicators, thedesigner use the data storage device design program that takes XC2S200, which is one ofXilinx’s Spartan-II members, as the central logic control core, uses Samsung’s Flash memoryK9K8G08U0A as memory chip of storage module, and hardware platform is built to completethe hardware and logic control design of digital acquisition unit, double backup storage unitand other functional module units. From the system working mode, testing mode, long-termtransmission mode, reliability calculation method, data memory protection technology, theelectromagnetic compatibility design and other aspects to further research and analysis thesystem reliability work.The data recorder in this thesis, under a variety of test modes and poor environmentalassessment, can get aircraft measuring parameter datum completely and accurately, provide areliable data protection to carry out the evaluation and analysis of read-back flight parametersfor the designer; This subject has made a research for a harsh environment high reliable data recording technique, provide a powerful guarantee for the aircraft flight measurement test.
