With the development of Web2.0, the traditional concept of service in software filed is changing. But the high costs of hardware, bad mobility and undesirable scalability of the resources have restricted the development of the third-party software developers. Cloud computing has obvious advantages in the realization of the service high availability, processing capacity and so on, so the concept of cloud computing has been more and more recognized by the industry. Cloud computing has gradually developed.This paper firstly summarizes the basic concept of the cloud computing and some types of currently cloud computing. Today’s cloud computing is still in its early, and the technology still needs to be further improved, but it is undeniable that cloud computing boom is coming. Cloud computing will be more and more popular, and gradually developed into mainstream techniques to solve the problem such as resource allocation, distributed applications.Therefore, this paper proposes the architecture of the cloud computing platform based on SOA, and constructs a cloud computing open platform that hides the all computing and storage nodes, and appears as a whole system to the users. By sharing thestructure with the user, providing the users with transparent IT service, and supporting the deployment, management, operation, the cloud computing platform will reduce the cost of the third-party software developers. This paper focuses on the construction of cloud computing, and constructs the subsystem of service management and execution in services platform.According to the overall target of cloud platform, this paper makes the requirement analysis of the subsystem of the service management and execution. Then two mainly key technology research points including service life cycle management and service migration are abstracted. Then based on the key technology research, this paper completes the overall module design and implementation, and then tests the system. Finally, this paper points out the future direction of the work.
