Comprehensive parameter recorder is uesd for large-scale integrated test. In the test, therecorder is used to record multi-channel analog and digital signals, and gets access to the 1553bus of the systems to complete the task of uploading data. After the test, test data can be readback to the ground computer in order to provide the reference of the test conclusion.Comprehensive parameter recorder is modular in design. This paper gives a briefdescription how the functional module is divided, and how the process executes. What ismore, this paper gives a detailed exposition of the key technologies in each functional module.These parts are the core content of the recorder design, as follows:1)MIL-STD-1553B terminal design and closed-loop testing. This paper discusses thispart as the first key. We discuss the 1553B system framework, data format and message types,the 1553 bus protocol chip EP-H31580’s configuration process and its closed-loop testmethods.The debug results are analyzed to obtain the conclusion which is consistent with thetheoretical value.2) Analog isolation. This paper discusses this part as the second key. We discuss theanalog isolation function, the analog isolation method, and the principle of optical isolation.Inaddition, we analyse the working process of the practical circuit, and test the performance ofthe circuit with the amplitude-frequency response curve and phase-frequency response curve.3) Multi-channel data storage with time-sharing. This paper discusses this part as thethird key. We discuss the analysis and comparison of the design in different circumstances,and discuss the ideas of the FPGA internal data cache and implementation process indetail,whose main contents are the operational procedures of dual-port RAM in FPGA and themethod of operating the FLASH memory .
