In recent years, human beings on the environment greatly corrupted by the deterioration of the environment resulting in extreme weather and climate events, frequency of impact has become more evident and extensive. The frequent occurrence of meteorological disasters caused great harm to the social and living environment of mankind, therefore, an urgent need to develop prevention and mitigation, disaster decision-making, in order to better protect the natural environment is not continue to destroy people’s lives and property. Meteorological services and social security departments around the country are stepping up the development of weather warning information release system, in order to provide more targeted, accurate and timely meteorological business infrastructure security services.This paper first introduces the current weather disaster warning systems development at home and abroad, and then analyze the current weather warning and forecast of Tongren Prefecture, Guizhou Province released the status quo and the main problems, combined with the characteristics proposed the formation of Tongren Tongren Prefecture Meteorological disasters the need for regional meteorological disasters early warning and forecast service system.
