Laser sights is a multi-axis as one of the electro-optical targeting systems, it has widely used in the modern weapons platforms. Laser sights in the design, manufacture and application, the ability to accurately hit the target decide to the parallel between the optical axis, therefore, aim the optical axis consistent with detection plays an important role, through the aiming a consistency check to improve the pointing accuracy, in order to improve the precision of a laser sighting telescope, so as to improve the weapons shooting. This paper points out the conventional test method of optical axis consistency. Combining with the accuracy and requirements of the practical detection, the author puts forward to a digital detection system of off-axis parabolic. By using the design software of ZAMEX optical, it designs the parallel light tube in the system to detect the consistency. Through the3D design software of Solidworks, it designs the structure of the detection system. The demonstration selects each components of the detection system. Meanwhile it assembles and tests the general system calibration. After the error analysis of the overall system, it comes to the parallel degree error of0.05mrad which is required in the project.
