Self-organizing network is suitable for tactic communication and emergencycommunication, because of its character of no center, survivable and can constructnetwork rapidly. It is different from wired network, bandwidth in wireless network isusually shortage. But the real time data flow, such as voice, need sustain sufficientbandwidth, so how to transport voice on wireless network is need to be researched.Firstly, this paper introduces the main techniques that used for design wirelessnetwork and the challenges in these techniques.Secondly, this paper analyzes the main techniques used by the self-organizingwireless network control device for real-time speech service and low rate data service.And this paper proposes the related technology mechanisms including cross-layeroptimization mechanism of the protocol stack, wireless channel access controlmechanisms, wireless self-organizing routing control mechanisms, and designed theprocess flow of real-time speech service and low rate data service.Then, this paper introduces the hardware platform used by the self-organizingwireless network control device, and designs the software architecture, and furtherdesigns the main modules of the software.Finally, this paper designs the test environment and test method for the mainfunctions and performance of the network control device.
