A scientific paper is a record for fresh scientific research or creative options, which is an important method for recording scientific achievements and promoting academic exchanges. It is also a significant media for knowlodge accumulation of human beings.However, as scientific research activities happen more offen, there is much extra work to do with contribution and publication for scientific papers. Most of the draft parties have their own typesetting format which are different from any others’. The typesetting for his papers would take him more time.In this paper, we describe the entire architecture of PapersCloud, the design of the template library in LaTex for scientific papers and the optimization algorithm of lots of small files on Hadoop Distributed File System. Users can edit their papers with three methods:The What You See Is What You Get method, the Latex Macro Command Source Code method and the Composing-free or Wizard method. With the Composing-free method, papers can be composed automaticly according to the template the user apply or one of the existing templates selected on the platform. Within the procedure of papers editing, users can submit a new revision of their papers any time he wants in case that they can get the content of papers at the moment back. A few of users on PapsersCloud can editing the same paper collaboratively throughout the Internet. PapersCloud provides submit reference for users according to the research field users selected for their papers. |
