The emergence and development of RFID technology has greatly promoted the development of the Internet of Things. In recent years, RFID technology has been widely used in various aspects of the domestic and foreign. By the summary of researchs on Web services of Internet of Things, the study of this paper will discuss around RFID technology, and proposed a unified addressing and accessing method for the Internet of Things nodes. Resources addressing and access Method of internet of things is one of the core generic technologies in this domain which has important theoretical value and actual significance.Web service technology was given too much attention in the field of information technology in recent years, which could crosse the boundaries between enterprises. Web service has many advantages, such as loose coupling, interoperability, composition programming access capabilities and so on. All this advantages can achieve the goal to access different RFID systems by a uniform method. By analyzing existing addressing mechanisms Internet of Things, combined with the characteristics of IPv6,6LoWPAN and CoAP technology, we proposed an architecture with which we can access different RFID systems by a unified method. By analysing the traditional Internet Web services accessing method SOAP/HTTP binding, we list the shortcomings of the HTTP protocol in the application environment of Internet of Things. This paper introduces a new application protocol named CoAP as the replacement of the HTTP protocol. CoAP was born with its consideration of resource-constrained environment, so it has great advantages in application environment of the Internet of Things compared to HTTP. Finally, we achieve a new Web service accessing method for the Internet of Things by giving full play to the advantages of CoAP acts as a transport protocol.
