In this paper, we study the mathematical model is tryptophan operon. Through ananalysis on the system, System is a K-competition system. We prove the following theorem:The system (3.1.2) has a unique positive equilibrium point of p, If the system (3.1.2) at plinearization matrix eigenvalues are negative real part, it is the only singularity is locallystability; If characteristic values have a positive real part, the system (3.1.2) have anontrivial periodic solution.
