At present, GIS has become more mature in the application of facilities management, intelligent parking management, tourism, real-time traffic information service, management of city life. Other than the applications, such as traditional space accessibility analysis, location analysis, buffer query, the shortest path analysis and other functions, now we have further put forward the concept of Digital City and wisdom the city. In this article, the City Sports Service System based on GIS is using the GIS method, taking the intelligent service as a starting point. And this intelligent system sets up the space analysis model for city sports venues, giving the spatial analysis function for tourists to realize real-time positioning, buffer query, the shortest path analysis, route design of function, thus providing a new intelligent service.This article is combined with distributed GIS spatial database by using J2EE WebGIS technology as the core. And its core research mainly includes two parts:on the one hand, the article studys the integration of the whole Fuzhou sports service system architecture, including mobile terminal navigation subsystem, sports venues service subsystem based on WebGIS, and administrator total platform; On the other hand, it studys the achievement of the arithmetic of the best travel circuit based on the gymnasium.Among them, in the arithmetic of the best travel circuit based on the gymnasium, firstly we study buffer analysis algorithm, breadth-first bus transfer algorithm based on point mark and the shortest path algorithm. Secondly, we work out the accessibility circuit design algorithm based on bus travel and the drive travel sports venues, and package the bus transfer algorithm for module. At last, we design optimal accessibility path, and realize the function module in sports service subsystem based on WebGIS, combined with ArcGIS Server Java ADF frame provided by ESRI.In conclusion, the significance of this research has three points:First of all, the graduation project is to support the GPS interface of Intelligent service system, without the difficulties caused by the need for a large number of hardware devices. In addition, the Smart City stadium system based on mobile terminal makes it more flexible and more convenient for users to use. And the users can achieve real-time, all-weather service and Rich experience effect, especially for visitors who often go out in the outside.
