This article through the discussion of basic geological conditions in southern Qinshui basin, the coal mine exploration and research of forefathers’ research results and reference materials, combining with the research content, systematically summarizes the high coal rank CBM enrichment in southern qinshui basin main control factors, put forward the CBM enrichment is mainly affected by tectonic condition, sedimentary characteristics and coal roof and floor closure, rock thermal evolution degree, the coal body structure and hydrogeological conditions and so on factors, various geological conditions influence each other, work together. On the basis of the study of factors affecting CBM enrichment master, will be south of qinshui basin CBM exploration and development area is divided into three types, namely:Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ area, classified evaluation, and points out all kinds of areas of exploration and development prospects.
