| The Key Laboratory for Applied Statistics of MOE is based on the advantage disciplineof the northeast normal university, namely, probability theory and mathematical statistics, andintegrating relevant quality resources[1].The main content of this article is to build the laboratory library, which is combined withthe statistics, probability, algebra, combinatorial mathematics, and other discipline knowledge.This paper’s subject is made up of three parts. The first part is the regular program. It mainlycontains the uniform random number generator, discrete and continuous random numbergeneration, which are often used in the statistical simulation, bubble sort and quick sort, andcommon permutations, direct calculation of a permutation and all combination algorithm,which are included in the combinatorial mathematics.The second part is about the matrix. Itmainly contains common matrix, such as assignment unit matrix, diagonal matrix, operationsabout matrix, namely, addition, subtraction, multiplication, inverse operation and determinant,and matrix transformation, times change transform, elimination transform and matrixtranspose. The third part is about the statistical. It mainly contains approximate solution ofcommon density function, distribution function and quantile in the probability and statistics,and the solution of the descriptive statistic.The library collects common methods of the analytical and processed data in theprobability and statistics, and is realized by computer language. It is made of relativelyindependent, easy to use small modules between program, and I add detailed comments foreach program to explain how to use it. It is easy to understand and master even if you areweak in the program. At present, the C language is a high level language, which is relativelyhigh in the operation efficiency. Faced with accumulated mass data from each industryeveryday, so all module codes of the library are write in C or C++language in order toimprove the efficiency of processing data. |
