This article is primarily developed in the synthesis process of the fluorescent material can be used in the field of construction of ceramic aluminosilicate matrix, And developed the powder synthesis process are summarized. The following are the main findings and conclusions of the experiment:Use high-temperature solid-phase method and sol-gel to synthesize the luminescent powders of different rare-earth-doped C12A7:M (M=Eu, Tb, Pr, Dy).Explore the luminescent properties of the type of rare earth ions in this matrix, Synthesis process to finalize a red fluorescent material C12A7:Eu2+.And the use of XRD, SEM, emission and excitation spectra on the luminescent properties of the product characterization, characterization results prove that the departure optical properties of light-emitting materials can be prepared in this synthesis process.Explore another system of red light-emitting materials strontium aluminates optimum conditions of Sr3A12O6:Eu, using the high-temperature solid phase prepared by different rare earth do pant concentration Sr3A12O6:Eu series of samples, and use XRD, SEM, emission and excitation spectra of luminescence properties of the products were characterized, the results prove the departure optical properties of light-emitting materials can be prepared in this synthesis process. When the atomic ratio of doped rare earth Eu and Al is1.0%,the glow is best.
