With the high development of GNSS, there is more and more attention to thenew generation of Navigation receiver. It’s becoming a research focus in recent yearsat home and abroad because of which is easy to reconfigure in data processing andeasy to process navigation signal. The GPS Navigating system has the naturaladvantage in researching software receiver so as to being the earliest developing andthe most mature in technology.The paper shows the data collection platform fits to the software receiver fromhardware and software.The circumference displacement acquisition algorithm areused in the software receiver, in allusion to the high cost of traditional FFTacquisition algorithm, which is based on the principle that the carrier wipe-offoperation in time domain is equal to the circumference displacement operation infrequency-domain, that the operations of FFT and carrier wipe-off in each carrierDoppler searching bin could be replaced by circumference displacement of thespectrum sequence of the incoming signal. The method reduces the capture processfrom the FFT operation, and it greatly enhance the capture efficiency, and thetracking of the signal is the scheme used with the Costas ring auxiliary lead-lagdelay locked loop.This paper analyses the basic principle of GPS navigation and basic structure ofGPS software receiver, the design of GPS data acquisition system are based onUSB2.0, the studies of the acquisition algorithm of software receiver are based onCircumference displacement, and it analysis the algorithm of loop tracking, anddesigns the program fits to the system in the article.Finally the system wasmeasured, the results verify the availability of software and reliability of system, andit provides a convenient platform for the development and research of new algorithmfor satellite navigation receiver.
