As an optical dielectric materials, Optical film has a wide range of applications in the field of optics, photonics, materials science and technology. Because of its good optical and electrical properties, the transparent oxide film in a wide variety of multilayer optical film occupies a dominant position in various research studies. Its advantage is that the wider band gap and high transmittance in the visible region. This paper mainly studies the experimental preparation and optical properties of the multilayer oxide film.The main content of the thesis is divided into three parts.1.Using the transfer matrix theory, the optical properties of one-dimensional ternary photonic crystal containing defect layer is studied. Discussed the Band gap structure in various circumstances, the optical amplifying characteristics can be obtained in a certain light wavelength when the defect layer is a gain medium,2.The ZnO thin films and the Na、Mg、Al doped ZnO films were prepared on substrate using a sol-gel method. Their optical properties were studied, and their optical constants have been measured. The impact of different doping amount for the transmission and absorption of the film have be discussed. Due to the Burstein-Moss effect, the absorption edge will move towards the shorter after doping. The structure of (ZnO/SiO2)n and the structure of (ZnO/SiO2)n/Au/(ZnO/SiO2)n multilayer optical film have prepared and studied. The structure of the forbidden band have be analyzed, and the impact of cycle number n and the Au layer for the bandgap structure of the film have be discussed.3. The ZnO thin films and the Na、Mg、Al doped ZnO films were prepared using a sol-gel method and assembled into a dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC), the battery performance of the light was measured. The influence of the type of film on the open-circuit voltage and short circuit current of the DSSC have be studied, and the impact of the same number of layers, the type of doping for the open circuit voltage and short circuit current for the DSSC have be discussed. The experimental results show that, in the preparation of different layers of solar the battery, the thickness of the layer7have the best electrical performance. DSSC for the same type layers doped with Mg and Al-doped can increase the open-circuit voltage and short circuit current, Na-doped has little effect on the performance of the DSSC...
