In the Loess Plateau of china, the study of ancient climate index soil calcium carbonatecarbon and oxygen isotope tuberculosis have shown good application prospect andscientific research, results shows that the study of ancient soil calcium nodules carbon andoxygen isotopes of carbonate groups in the ancient environment and ecologicalreconstruction, the past researches on global change has important scientific value andpractical significance.Relative to the area of the Loess plateau, the Quaternary sediments in most parts ofnorthern China’s also contain calcium or calcium tuberculosis tuberculosis of multi-layersandwich, but lower research degree. The test provides broad space for in-depth study ofcalcium nodules of carbon and oxygen isotopes to quantify environmental indicators. Theresults from the research we implemented in Hengshui escorting Chi Xianghydrogeological research Deep-hole Core view, the North China Plain since the latePliocene sediments contains at least30calcium nodules sandwich, for most of the calciumnodules formed in the process of soil formation. In this paper, using the Hengshuihydrogeological research deep core, and sequence stratigraphy, chronostratigraphy research, study on the calcareous nodule layers, quantitative analysis of climatic and environmentalsignificance of ancient soil carbon and oxygen isotopic compositions and related climateindex conversion are discussed.According to lithology, selected149samples of calcium tuberculosis growth layerwere tested and analyzed. Sample Commission of mineral resources, Chinese Academy ofGeological Sciences Isotope Laboratory testing, methods of test for phosphate massspectrometry. The carbon isotope curve showed a trend of increase, oxygen isotopes curvethe overall variation. According to our test results, the application of Cerling formula, aswell as diligent Han Jia Chinese north area atmosphere the precipitation δ18O is worth thelinearity relation with local annual the earth’s surface mean temperature, calculated annual mean temperature data from the Hengshui area:holocene mean annual temperature is8.15℃, compared to modern8-15℃colder, and the same conclusion palynological data. The late Pleistocene annual mean temperature from9.07℃to17.7℃gradually increased, average value is13.59℃, have reflected one to increase warm process. In the earlyPleistocene to low temperature, annual mean temperature less than10℃, there are2middle peak temperature, were24.79℃and17.7℃, later period is to be changed into coldprocess. The early Pleistocene is divided into three period, advanced from21.5℃to6℃cold. The medium-term average annual temperature11.35℃, whole formed by a pluralityof heating and cooling cycles,2.91℃very low values appeared in230meters. Early, annual mean temperature10.41℃, composed of three heating and cooling cycles.
