With the high-speed development of city construction and the process of industrialization,and ground fissures disaster has become more and more obvious city ground subsidence, andcontinue to threaten the human production and life, so on the surface subsidence monitoringcan effectively avoid the harm that the human prevention and. Interferometric syntheticaperture radar (InSAR) was born nearly30years, is a new technology with great potential inmicrowave remote sensing. Especially the differential interferometry synthetic aperture radar(D-InSAR) can make up for the other earth observation technologies such as GPS, very longbaseline interferometry measurement technology resolution is low, and can be long-term andslow deformation (such as ground subsidence) monitoring, and has a wide coverage,all-weather, all-day etc.. Influence factors but by the spatial, temporal decorrelation andatmospheric effects, which has brought difficulties to the deformation monitoring, theD-InSAR cannot be effectively applied to the detection of ground deformation. In order tosolve this problem, the researchers conducted high coherence analysis method for time seriesbased on the PS/SBAS-InSAR. This paper has completed the following contents:1)Describes the basic principle of the traditional InSAR technology, through theinterferometry of SAR data processing flow and differential phase diagram of the interferencecomponents were analyzed by means of D-InSAR, prove the influence of the traditional timeand space baseline baseline decorrelation and atmospheric effects is unable to achieve themonitoring accuracy requirements. This study based on the necessity of the use of InSARtime series analysis method of ground settlement, deformation monitoring of cracks isproposed.2)Focuses on the analysis of basic principle and algorithm model proposed byAndyHooper PS-InSAR and SBAS-InSAR. The optimization of PS-InSAR technology incommon master image selection method, identification method of SAR image radiometriccalibration and PS point target is described in detail.3) Describes in detail the geological background of Datong, through the use ofSBAS-InSAR technology in the treatment of Datong40ENVISAT image data obtained fromAugust17,2003to September19,2010, the main settlement, settlement area is located nearthe city of Whitehorse area and Datong Locomotive Factory, seven years maximumcumulative subsidence quantity is-15cm, the maximum average strain rate of-2cm/a, andcompared with GPS data, have better consistency.(4) the principles of SBAS-InSAR and data processing, combined with SAR image data of Datong, the StaMPS software was used to obtain the settlement of treatment, from August10,2008to September19,2010, the main settlement area is located in the White City areaand Datong Locomotive Factory near three years, the maximum cumulative subsidencequantity is-4.8cm, the maximum average shape the transmission rate of-2.4cm/a.
