Magnetoelectric composite materials is a kind of multiferroic material which with both ferroelectric and magnetic ordered, and to a certain temperature range, magnetoelectric composite materials have ferroelectric, ferromagnetic, while the most important character due to the coupling between electric polarization and magnetic pole produced by the magnetoelectric effect. Magnetoelectric effect refers to while material under the action of the additional magnetic field it produces electric polarization or while material under the action of applied electric field it produces magnetic induced polarization, the materials with magnetoelectric effect called magnetoelectric materials. Due to the rapid development of science and technology, a material which has single performance has been difficult to meet the material requirements of new devices. Therefore, the research and preparation of composites with multiple performances has become the hotspot in research of materials today. Compares with those devices which only have magnetic material or ferroelectric materials, the magnetoelectric coupling phenomenon provide an extra degree of freedom for the design of the devices, it makes people to imagine if through magnetic field to control the electric polarization or through electric to control magnetic thereby make data storage can be true. In recent years, many researchers have done many works about experiments and theories, but the theories are not mature, so the study of magnetoelectric composite films characterizes is very meaningful.This paper respectively uses three kind of intelligent optimization algorithm to research the characteristic of magnetoelectric composite film:particle swarm Optimization algorithm, differential evolution algorithm and genetic algorithm.First of all, according to Miller model to deduce the relationship between electric field intensity and polarization of pure ferroelectric film, then compare the theoretical results with the experimental date to verify the correctness of the formula is derived.Then we apply the verified theoretical formula to the magnetoelectric composite film, because of the magnetoelectric coupling effect in the magnetoelectric composite film which will produce additional polarization, but in theory to calculate the magnetoelectric coupling effect caused by the polarization is quite complicated, so the intelligent optimization algorithm is used to analyze the magnetoelectric coupling correlation coefficient and then apply the optimization results into the theory equation. The research results show that the theoretical formula fit very well with the experimental date, using intelligent optimization algorithm can be more rapid and simple to obtain the magnetoelectric coupling coefficient, thus it makes possible to looking for better quality material. At the same time injected new ways to the traditional theory, at the same time makes physics research more convenient.Then, to optimize magnetoelectric composite film’s hysteresis loop according to Jiles-Atherton model combined with three kinds of intelligent optimization algorithm, the results show that the theoretical result optimized by three kinds of algorithm can coincide with the experimental results.Therefore, it is feasible to apply intelligent optimization algorithm in the study of magnetoelectric composite film’s features, and it is expected to be the direction method for the study of magnetoelectric composite film.
