Nearly30years, with the development of earth exploration and regional geochemical survey workstarted, the geological test analysis is proposed for many detection and complex assignments.Geological test analysis in geological exploration plays an important role in the eye like, and requiresanalysis and test are low detection limit, wide measurement range, high accuracy, high precision.At present, there are many geochemical sample composition analysis methods. For example,Chemical analysis method, ICP-AES, ICP-MS, atomic absorption spectroscopy, X ray fluorescencespectrum and so on. The chemical analysis method is complex operation, long analysis process, proneto error. So, it is difficult to meet the actual work requirements. The disadvantages of ICP-AES,ICP-MS, atomic absorption spectroscopy is the sample pretreatment using the chemical reagents whichare not friendly to the test personnel and the environment. X ray fluorescence spectrometry is withsimple sample pretreatment, low labor intensity, short analysis period, good reproducibility,simultaneous determination of multiple elements, test cost etc.In this paper, we will determine the experiment method of24major and minor group of standardsamples of content which are Si、Al、Fe, Mn, Ca, K, Na, P, Ni, Cr, Sc, V, Ba, Rb, Sr, Zr, Y, Nb, Ga, Cu,Zn, Pb, La, Ce, Th by the optimization of experimental conditions, choosing the diluent, determiningthe melting conditions and the best low dilution ratio.At low dilution ratio multi boric acid melting production (m sample: m flux=1:2.5), the flux ratioof Li2B4O7:LiBO2:LiBr=49.75:49.75:0.5as mixed solvent, LiBr as stripping agent, analyzed24major and minor group determination of stream sediment, soil, rock samples and many kinds ofnational standard sample of content by X ray fluorescence the spectrometer or by conventionalchemical methods controlled trial to test the research method, accuracy, precision, and make relevanterror analysis, make an objective evaluation on the methods of the study.
