Study On Coupling Relations And Regional Environmental Resources In Shandong Peninsula Marine Industrial Agglomeration

Shandong Peninsula, the geographical position is superior, convenient transportation, favorable conditions have congenital rich marine resources, is conducive to the development of the marine industry, and occupies a very important position in the peninsula of Shandong marine industry in our country. In recent years, the Shandong Peninsula marine industry has developed rapidly, and puts forward the development planning of the Blue Economic Zone in some coastal relatively concentrated areas, but the rapid development of marine industry at the same time, there are also some problems, such as serious environmental pollution, marine resources and serious waste, the development of which will directly impede the marine industry, and pose a threat to people’s lives, affecting the effective allocation of resources. This paper uses location quotient method to improve the present condition of Shandong Peninsula marine industry cluster distribution were measured, and compared with the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta region, the agglomeration of Shandong Peninsula marine first industry has comparative advantage and agglomeration, marine second, the tertiary industry is relatively backward. The natural resources, environmental pollution, analysis of the impact of environmental factors on the development of the marine industry using grey correlation degree model and multiple regression method, obtains the leading factor in Shandong Peninsula marine industrial agglomeration is the capital; Shandong Peninsula marine industrial agglomeration effect on environmental resources, including cluster promotion resources, attract foreign direct investment, technology spillover and promote innovation and environmental pollution. Finally, based on the influencing factors of the two systems, the coupling principle is used in physics to this paper, research methods in physics, industrial economics, regional economics and other disciplines, the coupling relationship between agglomeration in Shandong Peninsula marine industry and environmental resource makes the empirical analysis, and according to the coupling relation between the points to promote countermeasures and suggestions of environmental resources and the coordinated development of the marine industry cluster.
