The paper first comprehensively introduces the basic knowledge of remote sensingexperimental validation based on researches and development status of authenticity validation andquantitative remote sensing. Then the paper summarizes the existing problems and analyses theselection basis of experimental field of remote sensing ground. To serve users and be convenient toresearchers, the paper makes requirement analysis of remote sensing experimental validation andgives an overall description about system framework, overall functionality, interface analysis andthe design of experimental validation basic database. The remote sensing experimental validationplatform is built up by combining C#and IDL programming and there is great encapsulation,operability and high efficiency of data processing in it. The platform fulfils lots of functionsincluding ground measuring spectral data processing, CE318solar radiation data processing,multi-source remote sensing data normalized processing, solar elevation angle computing, quickatmospheric correction, spectral matching factor computing, Scale transformation algorithm andvalidation of remote sensing products and part of remote sensing retrieval products. According toactual situation, the paper proposes an evaluation principle of image authenticity validation andmakes quality assessment to surface albedo of HJ Satellite images.
