In recent years, the theory of fuzzy systems research has made great progress, and fuzzysystems industry also has been widely used automatic control, pattern recognition, clusteranalysis, fault diagnosis and expert systems and so on. Performance is an important aspect of theevaluation of a system of quality, it can evaluate the pros and cons when a system is running,such as the use of resources. But there are many uncertainty factor in the fuzzy systems, theusual evaluation method is not suitable to use, then it is difficult to evaluate the performance ofthe fuzzy systems.But nowadays, how to analyze the performance of fuzzy systems, there is no specificmethod, but the performance analysis is very meaningful, It involves the evaluation of thesystem behavior, and for the design, running, and the further development are very essential, theaim of performance analysis are as follows:(1) To improve the efficiency of a system operation.(2) Provide the basis for building the new system and transforming the old system.In this paper, we mainly aim to analyze the performance of fuzzy system which describedby fuzzy rules. The analytical model is a petri net with a set of fuzzy marking and fuzzy firingrates. Based on this, we will get a new type of fuzzy petri net(FPN). The semantics of FPN isdefined by a set of fuzzy differential equations(FDEs). In the FPN, the states can be measured bythe solution of FDEs, a time-dependent fuzzy number, called state measure, which indicates howmuch the truth states can be reached. This information can help us to conduct performanceanalysis. Finally, we apply the proposed method to analyze the performance of airport controlsystems, and have analyzed the performance indicators: Taxi-out speeds, Runway Utilization.The contribution of this paper are as follows:1) Use the Fuzzy Differential Equations to buildmodel of fuzzy systems.2) By solving the solution of fuzzy differential equations to analyze theperformance of fuzzy system.3) Avoid the usual based on Markov of performance analysismethod which will status appears in the explosion problem.
