At present, China is in a period of sustained, healthy and economicdevelopment rapidly, the demand for mineral resources is increasing year by year,mineral exploration investment hit record highs, exploration funds rapid growth,accelerate the growth of the business profits and healthy development of the miningeconomy will mineral market and geological prospecting work out of the doldrums.As the basic industry and basic work in geological survey is an integral part ofnational economic construction, the development of national defense and theinfrastructure construction. Geological prospecting construction is a multi-disciplinary,multi process collaboration with system engineering, exploration and constructionprojects in the sparsely populated, high altitude, traffic inconvenience, geographicaland meteorological conditions in complex area, the work is distributed, multi pointsand long distance, high mobility, security management difficult, combined with manyyears of geological prospecting units on the exploration construction project alwaysuses extensive safety management mode, more potential unsafe factors in theprocess of construction, all kinds of accidents and injuries in the event that damagethe lives and safety of workers will also lead to the loss of state property if notstrengthen the prevention control.In order to help the geological prospecting units to improve project safetymanagement mode, implement risk management, provide the scientific methods andmeans to improve the efficiency of security management, this paper firstly introducesthe geological survey project construction of the basic procedures and sub project, theaccident causing theory from four aspects of human unsafe behavior, physicalenvironment conditions and management defects unsafe state, poor exploration risksource construction project for the existence of identification analysis of geology,combined with the construction characteristics of geological exploration project in theconstruction of objects striking, vehicle accidents, injuries, lifting machine damage,shock, drowning, fire, high fall, poisoning and asphyxia of9accidents the rules were studied, then from the people, technology, material, ring, pipe index of comprehensivesafety evaluation was refined on geological exploration in five aspects according tothe theory of safety system engineering, the26comprehensive safety evaluation index,using the analytic hierarchy process and the expert consultation, collecting data andpractical investigation to determine the weight of each index comprehensive safetyevaluation, established a security risk evaluation model, finally according to the riskassessment model for geological exploration project wind risk score table, dividingthe security level of risk, and combining with the practical engineering application ofevaluation from three aspects of safety engineering technology, safety education andsafety management measures.The results of this study to grasp the geological regularity of safety accidents,improve safety management mode, improve the safety management quality,maintenance worker safety and health, help reduce accidents have a positive role,establish the theory base for the geological exploration comprehensive safety analysisand risk management.
