Hydrological connectivity for plain river network water system plays an important role. Good hydrological connectivity is helpful to keep the good water quality, protect Wetland ecological environment, flood prevention, a steady supply of water resources, etc. On the contrary, bad hydrological connectivity is likely to lead to discontinuous flow, lakes dried up, frequent floods, wetland atrophy, serious problems such as ground water levels fall. It is the center of the Jiang Han plain region, the geographical condition is complicated, many ecological problems and the ecological environment problem has become the main factors restricting the sustainable development of this area. With the development of social economy, Sihu Area in recent years the influence of human activities on the environment evolution of lakes gradually strengthened, the drainage structure of hair into Sihu Area, which changed, destroyed the waters and the pattern of the surrounding environment, hydrological connectivity, cause dysfunctions of lacustrine environment evolution and produce. According to hydrological processes affected, because of the river system of water cut off, are prone to flood control and waterlogging of flood season hydrological processes. Such an environment evolution to a certain extent, makes the human survival environment deterioration, frequent inundation and drought.This paper, by using GIS technology and landscape ecological corridors node method, to evaluate Sihu Area hydrological connectivity. In order to explore the change of the Si hu Area hydrological connectivity to the influence of flood season hydrological processes.The main conclusion in this paper is:First,since the1950s, four watershed hydrological connectivity appeared a downward trend. Overall basin hydrological connectivity. Watershed in the three regions, the area of hydrological connectivity levels is better, for the master. The central hydrologic connectivity fell the most obvious, from the original master level, reduced to a good level, such.as down a notch. Because of the central lakes disappeared in severe cases. Area under the hydrological connectivity decline is also very obvious, the master level to the medium level, down two levels. Si hu Area hydrological connectivity in the main factor is the impact of human activities.Second, good connectivity level for flood season runoff and confluence has strong regulatory role, can effectively alleviate the Sihu Area flood period of flood control and waterlogging condition. And with the reduction of hydrological connectivity four regional flood control and water pressure, rainfall flow can’t digest rapidly in this area. Year of drought at the same time, the low level of water resources for water system of lakes connected, blocking of lakes, rivers and separation, not reasonable deployment of water resources in time.
