With the rapid development of laser technology, it is widely applied in recent yearsand makes brand new progress in different kinds of fields.People could use lasertechnology everywhere in daily life, like military, industrial and agriculture. And amongthose technologies, the research on the window material of laser irradiation seems tohave a bright future of application.The mechanism of laser irradiation window materialhas a very important research value of researching,but there are still many shortcomingsin researching methods and materials affected by external factors on the analysis of thechanging.This paper makes the use of Fourier formula as the foundation, mainly study thedistribution of internal temperature and stress field of the time and displacement on thealuminium oxide film of infrared window material under the method of the numericalsimulation. There are two parts of this thesis:firstly, before the simulation of thenumber,we deduce the relate formula,which means to set condition of the border andinitial according to the given aluminium oxide material and the formula of the law ofheat conduction.And then we will set the formula of rectangular pulse laser heat source,choosing rectangular pulse laser of different pulse width, and getting the mathematicaldescription of aluminium oxide of the size of0.1m×0.1m×0.01m under the effect ofpulse laser.We will transform mathematical formula into the suitable theoreticaltemperature and stress filed formula that can go along with this thesis. Second,separately analyzing the central point of aluminium oxide film under the effect of1msrectangular pulse laser and the0.1ms one, we can then compare temperature and stressfield along the X and Z axis. Last, we will analyze the damage time and temperatureunder the effect of rectangular pulse laser of the different pulse width, which have asignificant meaning to the research of structure change of infrared window material.
