| The repairable system model is quite a complicated system engineering,which must based on the need of the overall coordination, using the combination of qualitative analy-sis and quantitative analysis to implement. This text we mainly start at the actual back-ground, builds a repairable system mathematical model with repair equipment of two-unit cold standby.It studies the semigroup of the system operator grounding on its asymptotic stability.
