The existence of gender variation are concentrated distribution with a higher proportion.In order to accumulated more about Eurya rules gender variation of plant material, Figured Eurya loquaiana community composition for Jinyun Mountain, and the different between the mutants plants and normal plants of Eurya loquaiana. using community, reproductive biology methods, mainly from the following3aspects:1) study on community structure characteristics and component research of region for Eurya loquaiana in Jinyun Mountain;2) Analysis correlation of male and female sex mutant plants for Eurya loquaiana;3) Study of different sex plants comparative for Eurya loquaiana. The following conclusions:1) Researched of community display, Eurya loquaiana is shrub component in Jinyun mountain. The vascular of Eurya loquaiana community plants have49families,80genera,102species in Jinyun mountain;Eurya loquaiana community mainly of phanerophytes, accounting for75.5%of the total, followed phanerophytes is chamaephytes, accounting for22.5%of the total, little of other types of plants. The arbor layer for Eurya loquaiana community are Cunninghamia lanceolata (Lamb.) Hook., Pinus massoniana Lamb., Cinnamomum camphora (L.)Presl,important values were20.02,19.43,13.05;In the shrub layer,Eurya loquaiana was an absolute advantage, the importance value(20.72)was much higher than that of other plants in the shrub layer, was the dominant species in the community in shrub layer.The second dominant species as Maesa japonica (Thunb.) Moritzi et Zollinger, Aidia cochinchinensis Lour., Castanopsis carlesii (Hemsl.) Hayata var. spinulosa Cheng et C. S. Chao, Symplocos setchuanensis Brand.; The height of herb layer was0.1m-1.2m tall, coverage between 5%-25%, Sarcandra glabra (Thunb.) Nakai, Dryopteris erythrosora (Eaton) O. Ktze. Arachniodes speciosa (D. Don) Ching, Woodwardia japonica (L. f.) Sm. were dominant species.There are some similarities of diversity index for Eurya loquaiana community with Jinyun Mountain, the herb layer is highest and the difference is smaller.But there have some different between community species diversity existed, Shamuyuan and Jinyun primary school Eurya loquaiana community tree layer and shrub layer have small diversity index difference, are higher than the Fuxingsi Eurya loquaiana community. The Eurya loquaiana community of Fuxingsi, are most concentrated distribution, others tree layer, shrub layer and other plant distribution is relatively small, this is the main reason that Eurya loquaiana community had lower diversity.The view of floristic composition, Eurya loquaiana community plants prefer to tropical nature., There are23families of seed plants in tropical distribution, accounting for63.88%, there are44generas of seed plants in tropical distribution, which account for63.67%.2) In different communities, The proportion of male and female for Eurya loquaiana plants are different. In Shamuyuan for Eurya loquaiana community,the ratio of female,male,variation are1:1.28:1.14;In Jinyun primary school for Eurya loquaiana community, the ratio of female, male,mutant are1:1.14:0.57; In Fuxingsi for Eurya loquaiana community, female, male, the ratio of arel:1.18:0.27.3) Analysis correlation of male and female gender variant for Eurya loquaiana: The gender variant Eurya loquaiana distribution is concentrated in Jinyun Mountain, the ratio of gender variant plants is high. The discoveried for quadrat investigation, in Shamuyuan plantations, the ratio of gender variant can reach26.7%. These mutations plants mostly mixed in female plants and male plants, they may have genetic exchange. By dissecting Eurya loquaiana gender variant, female and male plant floral morphology, number of stamens, found there was a certain correlation with number of ovules and style mitotic count. There is a significant negative correlation between the number of stamens and ovule mutants of each flower, namely the number of stamens has less number of ovules; the number and style of ovule crack had exists obvious positive correlation, that is the number of ovules style divided, the number of ovary.The morphological structure of morphology with floral and leaf are consistent in different plants for Eurya loquaiana, but there are some differences. There have same difference of leaf structure between genders Eurya loquaiana plants of exists. Overall, variant plants strains are relatively large, the female plants is small. The biomass are different of Eurya loquaiana plants with differencets gender plants, mutant plants larger, followed male plants, female plants biomass minimum, which is consistent with the small leaf.4) Comparison the Eurya loquaiana plants with genus Eurya obtusifolia which the same distributed on Jinyun Mountain,we could found, they are very similar in sex differentiation and sex differences.
