The current Biology suggests that a cell contains hundreds kinds of dynein. These dynein molecules accomplish the transduction of chemical energy into mechanical energy. They are the essential reason of movement in all the biont. Therefore, the research of dynein molecular becomes one of the hot areas of molecular biology. This article focuses on the dynein molecules, In1998, shingyoji design experiment for observing flagella axial filament dynein single-molecule behavior, and then he found its vibratory walking back and forth. Today, although The three-dimensional structure of dynein is given by X-Ray Diffraction and we got single molecule mechanochemical coupling cycle model according to a variety of biochemical analysis and electron microscope, we still cannot explain shingyoji theory of experimental results. According to shingyoji’s single molecule experimental conditions, I finally found periodical distribution probability.in motor protein molecules work cycle by using the theories of chemical kinetics It provide a new sight for the explanation of Single molecule behavior of dynamic protein by comparing my theory and experiment result. The article have four chapters. In chapter one mainly introduces dynamic protein structure and function. In chapter two mainly introduces the work cycle of dynein. In chapter three mainly introduces the experiment of single dynein molecules and its results. Chapter four mainly introduce the new model of dynein molecule oscillation witch is the most significant part of this article. We can analyze how transformation mechanism of dynein on microtubule form orientation movement to oscillation according to the influence of chemical reaction rate based on the variation of force and make a picture of single dynein molecules oscillation model. Finally make a comparison between theory result and experiment result.
