Using Heisenberg model、 linear spin wave approximation and Green functiontechnology study of double layer ferrous magnetic(anti–ferromagnetic)and three layer offerrous magnetic thin film magnetic moment. Analysis of the effect of spin quantumnumber、 interlayer exchange coupling coefficient、 anisotropic parameters andtemperature on double layer and three layer of ferrous magnetic thin film magneticmoment.When temperature is zero,layer exchange coupling coefficient and anisotropyparameters shall not affect double layer ferrous magnetic(anti–ferromagnetic)and threelayer of ferrous magnetic thin film magnetic moment.When the temperature is low. Magnetic moment for double-layer ferrimagneticmagnetic thin films, When the anisotropy are equal, double-layer ferrimagnetic magneticthin film magnetic moment is not affected by the interlayer exchange coupling coefficient,But with the increase of the anisotropic parameters increase;When spin quantum number oftwo lattice are not uequal (S a Sb),Thin film magnetic moment decreases with theinscrea of interlayer exchange coupling,with the increase of the anisotropic parametersincrease.The higher the temperature, the ncreasing the interlayer exchange coupling andithe anisotropy effect on thin film magnetic moment.When temperature is zero,Magnetic moment for three layer of ferrous magnetic thinfilm,When the anisotropic is equal,If the spin quantum number is equal,The total magneticmoment decreases with the film interlayer exchange couplingJ12increases; IfS1S2,Thetotal magnetic moment increases with the film interlayer exchange couplingJ12increases;IfS1S2,The total magnetic moment decreases with the film interlayer exchangecouplingJ12decreases. When the spin quantum number is equal,IfD1D2,The totalmagnetic moment decreases with the film interlayer exchange couplingJ12increases;With the increase of temperature, interlayer exchange couplingJ12effect on the film ofmagnetic moments increase. In addition, each layer of the spin quantum number andanisotropic parameters take proper values, different temperature, will cause the influence of interlayer exchange couplingJ12to thin the total magnetic moment of the opposite.Andwhen the spin anisotropy and take proper values, can appear film total magnetic momentwith interlayer exchange couplingJ12is reduced first increased and then decreased.WhenS1S2S3,along with the increase ofD1the film total magnetic moment increases,along with the increase ofD2the film total magnetic moment increases.The results show that, each layer of the multi-layer film interlayer exchange couplingstrength, magnetic anisotropy, spin quantum number and temperature have important onthe film.
