With further research, Modern High-energy physics experiments required precise and stable clock signal. Designing a precise clock system to ensure the stability of clock signal, control clock skew and compensate transmission delay between each channel, eliminate the effects caused by various uncontrollable factors.Within no trigger High-Energy Physics experiments, application of high-speed serial communication result in the recovered clock phase instability. This paper offer a set of precise clock phase control system which can be applied in Particle Physics experiments and also can be applied in high speed communication.The paper is organized as follows:The first chapter is an introduction, offer a brief description about the importance of high-precision clock signal for large high-energy physics experiments and propose a solution to solving recovered clock phase instability.The second chapter study clock system of some large physical experiment Electronics Systems at home and abroad, analyze their features.The third chapter elaborates precise clock phase control system based on two serdes comparing and describe electronics system about this part.The fourth chapter designed hardware algorithms of precise clock phase control system.The chapter five is about test and verification.The last chapter summarizes the main work of the paper and gives advice to improve the inadequacy.
