| As the price of international petroleum soars, it is a current focus to seek the substitute for oil nowadays. DME, whose physio-chemical property is similar to liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and owns the characteristics such as low toxicity, burning completely, has attracted more and more attention. In addition, DME is also an important raw material of light alkenes. Therefore, its future application is quite potential.This paper has studied the ways of natural gas applied to the synthesis of DME through the secondary reformation of water vapor and pure oxygen. The study has been aimed to reduce the consumption and cost of DME production to pursue the optimization of the process conditions. By means of reasonable proportion, high quality synthesis gas of H2and CO has been synthesized and changed into DME through one-step synthesisThe research was carried out respectively in the fixed bed, the slurry bed as well as in the contactor of fixed bed and slurry bed. The results indicated that DME through one-step synthesis from syngas by conversion process, was most efficient and consumed the least natural gas in the synthesis of DME through the contractor of fixed and slurry beds. The research has practical and guiding significance in large-scale production of DME. |
