The Preliminary Decision-making Research Of Qingdao Domestic Garbage Collection And Transportation System

Since the21st century, our country has marched into a new era of development:"the10th,11th Five-Years Plans" has comprehensively developed, resulting in a rapid growth of the national economy, construction and culture etc. In a long-term high-speed developing process, attributing to the excessively emphasis on quantity and scale of the economic growth, various kinds of problems are emerging due to the unscientific style of economic growth, including the low-level infrastructure planning and systematic construction, especially in the aspect of environmental sanitation. The whole system is in a situation of high-pollution, high-labor intensity, low-efficiency, low-level, which is severely out of the way of urban development, is bound to become a hidden defect that is hard to eradicate. That is why we need to speed up the research and reform in this aspect.Taking the Qingdao domestic garbage collection and transportation system as the object of study, this article aims to discuss the preliminary decision-making. Firstly, disintegrate the collection and transportation system, and then focus on "pre-collection transportation" and "collecting station". Secondly, analysis different equipment shaping plans in order to propose the corresponding criterion as the target level. Establish the hierarchy chart and quartzite the influence of different factors. According to the result of the analysis, rank the reforming plans, from which take the best one as the prototype, and finally set up a city garbage collection system.This article proposes a integrated preliminary decision-making methods of domestic garbage collection and transportation system, which could be a reference to some preliminary decision-making.
