Comprehensive Treatment Technical Research On The Coal And Gas Outburst Of Anshun Coal Mine

Anshun coal mine is a coal and gas outburst mine, since december1996,especiallysince2007,it has had coal and gas outburst accidents lots of times,which seriouslyrestricts the production safety of the coal mine. Therefore,it is very inprotant for anshuncoal mine to do something about the reasonable、effective outburst prevention.In thiscase, we studied the technology solutions to treat the accidents of coal and gas outburstof Anshun coal mine.This text has analysed the existing problems and had a systematic overview on thecurrent situation about coal and gas outburst at home and abroad, which were combinedwith data collection、 data statistic analysis and the necessary basic parametersdetermination of gas,we had the theoretical investigation of the general rules of coal andgas outburst of Anshun coal mine. Based on the the above theories,having theresearches of the choice of protective coal seams and the safety protection rangedetermind by the faces of the protective coal seams in the direction of tendency andstrike of Anshun coal mine. The obliquity of the seams of Anshun coal mine is2-6degrees,so,the coal seams are nearly horizontal.Based on this characteristics and inorder to shorten the time off coal uncovering、reduce the construction of engineering,having the investigation on the ways of rock cross-cut coal uncovering regional strippre-pumping gas outburst prevention measures with the way of segmentation drill、bending coal roadway which aimed to increase the angle between tunnels and coalseam；having the investigation on segmental regional outburst prevention effect test、segmental regional verifying、segmental local outstanding forecast、segmental localoutburst prevention measures、segmental local outburst prevention effect test andsecurity defense measures of Anshun coal mine. Having the investigation on the waysof coal roadway strip pre-pumping gas in coal seam outburst prevention measures usingthe method of drilling holes along the seam which were used by coal roadway headingface and the ways of stope regional strip pre-pumping gas in coal seam outburstprevention measures using the way of drilling holes along the seam which were used byactual mining of Anshun coal mine；Having the investigation on regional prediction、regional outburst prevention effect test、regional verifying、local outstanding forecast、 local outburst prevention measures and segmental local outburst prevention effect testand security defense measures of coal roadway heading face and actual mining ofAnshun coal mine.
