Graphene has quickly become a new star in the study of carbon materials since itwas found to have a2d structure,. It is the unique structure, good stability and highspecific surface area that are expected to replace carbon nanotubes and become themost excellent adsorption material. In this paper,we have designed core-shell structure of graphene/zeolitecomposite adsorption materials by combining their own advantages andcharacterization of its structure. We have studied respectively the adsorption propertiesof the composite material for methyl orange, copper ion, methyl orange and copperions existence at the same time.Firstly,we made from graphene/zeolite composites by vacuum coating, then wefound that the graphene didn’t alter the structure of zeolite. The average time ofgraphene coating rate was4%, the optimum coating times for5times.Secondly,graphene/zeolite composites was studied on the influence factors of theCu2+adsorption, then used minitab center composite design to explore the optimalcondition under the condition of multiple factors. At last the Cu2+adsorptionthermodynamics and kinetics were studied.Under the influence of composite materialinputs, Cu2+concentration and pH value of the solution, we got the optimal regressionequation of the adsorption: η=95.9375+95.9375m-95.9375-2.95m24mC0.Graphene/zeolite composites for the adsorption of Cu2+conforms to the Freundichmodel and secondary dynamic equation, reaches adsorption-off equilibrium in40min.It was39.06mg/g that was the maximum adsorption capacity.Thirdly, graphene/zeolite composites was studied on the influence factors of themethyl orange adsorption, discussed the optimal conditions, and obtained the optimaladsorption regression equation:η=92.142-12.774pH-10.826pH2. Graphene/zeolitecomposites on the adsorption of methyl orange fits the Langmuir model andsecondary dynamic equation, reaches adsorption-off equilibrium in120min. It was2.71mg/g that was the maximum adsorption capacity.Finally,Graphene/zeolite composites was studied in adsorption behavior of methyl orange and Cu2+existence at the same time, found coexisting ions on theadsorption performance might also be affected. Langmuir adsorption isotherm modeland secondary dynamic equation could better description the graphene oxide/zeolitecomposites of coexistence of methyl orange and the Cu2+adsorption behavior.Themaximum adsorbance of methyl orange and Cu2+increased and the adsorption-offequilibrium wased reached in90min.
