| This paper has studied the accumulation of heavy metals(Cdã€Crã€Cuã€Pbã€Zn)and nutritive elements in Water Spinach under different experiment conditions.The relationship between heavy metals and nutritive elements was analyzed.The ion channel which has relationship with accumulation of heavy metals was foundaccording to correlation results. And the cultivar experiments was designed with ionchannel blockers to analysis accumulation mechanism of heavy metal in waterspinach. The results showed that:1. In Water Spinach, the accumulation of Cdã€Crã€Cuã€Pbã€Zn were higher insummer than winter, among them the accumulation of Zn was more than8times inwinter compare to summer; the accumulation of K and Na was more than2to4timesin winter compare to summer, while contents of Ca and Mg were higher in winterthan summer.2.Under salinity stress, the accumulation of Cdã€Cuã€Zn were increased, while theaccumulation of Crã€Pb were decreased. The contents of Na and K were higher insalinity than control group.3. The correlation analysis showed that there was significant correlation betweenheavy metals and nutritive elements(P<0.05or0.01). After salt processing, thecorrelation of Na and other ions were enhanced as well as the correlation amongheavy metals. But the correlation of Ca and other ions were reduced.4. Calcium channel blockers effected the accumulation of heavy metals in waterspinach, the inhibitory effect of heavy metals was different, among them the effect ofCr was the biggest, followed by Cd, Pb, zinc, and Cu. |
