High temperature and high pressure pipe is a key basic part of the nuclear powerequipment and thermal power plants. Improvement of the parameters of the thermal powerunits and the development of the power plant boiler to high-capacity and high-parameter isone of the most important ways to achieve efficient energy production, clean, economic,reliable and secure. The high-chromium series heat-resistant steel of9%-12%chromiumcontent for its high strength and toughness, toughness, creep resistance, and goodresistance to high temperature oxidation and corrosion resistance. In this paper, theexperiment basic data of P92heat-resistant steel and dynamic recrystallizationmicrostructure evolution can be studied to grasp the high temperature deformation law.This article will get the real stress-strain curves of P92heat-resistant steel by the hotcompression deformation experiments on Gleeble-3500thermal simulation machine, andalso the dynamic softening phenomenon will be found in the process of high temperaturedeformation of the material. The article will establish the constitutive equation of P92heat-resistant steel by the introduction of the Zener-Hollomon parameter. And the thermalprocessing Figure of P92steel will be constructed by use of Dynamic material model,which determine the best range of P92heat-resistant steel thermal processing parameter aswell as instability defects range.Thermal compressed sample will be taken the metallographic experimental, and theexperimental data and metallographic experimental results will be analyzed. The impactlaw of the deformation temperature, deformation, strain rate to dynamic recrystallizationand flow stress law will be studied. This article will got the dynamic recrystallizationmathematical models and grain size model of the P92steel. At last, the article willsimulate the hot extrusion process and dynamic recrystallization prcess by forge finiteelement software, and thermal processing map and dynamic recrystallization mathematicalmodels will be verified by the test.
