Superalloy corrugated thin-walled rings of mechanical seal used in aerospace mechanical sealing device, can greatly enhance the sealing performance of the structure, thereby improving the fuel utilization rate. Because of the superalloy at high temperature has good comprehensive mechanical properties, a wide range of uses, and the superalloy processing, skilled, can well solve the problem of high temperature resistant material. Thin-walled machinery sealed ring can reduce the weight of the structure, improve the forming precision, then uniform thickness, the sealing performance is better, less leakage.In order to ensure the machinery sealed ring has sufficient rigidity and keep certain flexibility, and high temperatures with high intensity, the structure of the machinery sealed ring should be optimized. In this paper, the author analyzed the axial stiffness and the natural vibration frequency of corrugation geometric parameters (wave height, wave pitch, diameter, wall thickness) variation corrugated thin-walled seal ring work under high temperature the temperature field and thermal stress influence factors and change law,and seal face possible contact state of the leakage flow field pressure distribution and velocity distribution by using a finite element analysis software ANSYS10.0. For corrugated thin-walled seal ring structure parameter selection provides the basis, with the corrugated structure parameters (wave height, diameter, wall thickness, wave pitch change), and the results were preliminary optimization. Generally by changing the wave height to enhance machinery sealed ring performance. The height controled in corrugated radius of2.3-2.7times, the performance of the machinery sealed ring was best. This paper presents an optimization of corrugated structure parameters:diameter20mm, wall thickness0.5mm, wave heightl.7mm, wave distance2.4mm, corrugated section number4. The corrugated structure with fine characteristics. The types of sealing ring under the condition of high temperature in the range of elastic deformation can bear the internal pressure within the range of65MPa. Improvement of seal contact status can effectively control the amount of leakage, can improve the sealing performance, can improve the forming accuracy and reasonable selection of corrugated structure parametersAccording to the results of preliminary optimization of the ripple parameters, a suitable ripple parameters to process polyurethane forming test was selected, and the advantages of this test method was analyzed-uniform distribution of the wall thickness of the molded parts, then investigated the impact of different factors on the forming results. The test results show that the forming method has feasibility.
