| Along with the increase of the traffic volume, the problem of air pollution isprominent, especially on both sides of the street. The primary cause of air pollution isvehicle emission. Therefore, study on the law of vehicle emissions diffusion, analyzethe relationship between pollutant concentration and traffic volume is particularlyessential. According to vehicle exhaust emission characteristics, this dissertation putforward the traffic pollutant monitoring method, and also established pollutantconcentration and traffic volume relationship model. Research the road section trafficvolume limits can provide the necessary theoretical basis for planning and managementof traffic volume from the environmental protection point of view.Based on the analysis of existing urban air quality monitoring and combined withvehicle emission characteristics, this dissertation proposed urban traffic pollutantconcentration monitoring method. On the basis of the analysis of vehicle characteristicsand urban traffic pollution characteristics, pollution source intensity, meteorologicalconditions and road traffic conditions were selected to be main affect factors whichinfluenced road traffic pollutant concentration. Then, using a combination of qualitativeand quantitative methods to study the weight of every factor, identify key factors thatcan represent the three main factors as parameters pollutant concentrations modelrequires. After the key parameters were summed up, road traffic pollutant concentrationmodel could be established. The model divides the traffic pollutant concentration intothree modules that are pollutant emission, pollutant dispersion and backgroundconcentration.Firstly, study the sharing ratio of vehicle emission pollutants in urban air pollutants.Second, according to urban air quality standard for air quality grading and classificationof urban areas, use road traffic pollutant concentration model to calculate section trafficvolume limits under different air quality standards.
