0-3type piezoelectric composites consist of a three-dimensional connectedpolymer matrix loaded with piezoelectriccally active ceramic particles. Comparedwith single phase materials, the piezoelectric composites film has many excellentproperties. Compared with piezoelectric ceramics, the film has many propertiessuch as good toughness, high mechanical strength, low acoustic impedance, widefequency range etc. Compared with PVDF, the film has many properties such asease of processing, high piezoelectric active etc. However, the electrical propertiesdifference between functional phase and matrix phase in composite is very huge,and the interface of two phases is very poor. The properties of0-3typepiezoelectric composites need to improve. Based on that, the influences of carbonnanotubes mixed and piezoelectric ceramic particles calcined were studied in thisthesis, the main contents are detailed as follows:(1)The composites were polarized by applying an electric field on thesample while submersed in a silicone oil bath at elevated temperature. Theinfluences of polarization voltage、temperature and time were focused studied. Theresults showed that the suitable polarization voltage is10KV/mm, the suitablepolarization temperature is90°C and the suitable polarization time is30min.(2)The PVDF film changed by carbon nanotubes was fabricated by solutioncast method. The composition of the film was analysis through XRD. The analysisshowed that mixed certain amount of carbon nanotubes into PVDF matrix can leadto the crystal habit of PVDF turning from α phase to β phase.(3)This article raised a method to improve the properties of0-3typepiezoelectric composite film with carbon nanotubes due to their large aspect ratioand thermal conductivity. Through analysis the conductivity、dielectric propertyand piezoelectric property of the film obtained the optimal volume content is0.9%.(4)Due to the problems existed in the piezoelectric ceramic particles. Thisarticle raised a method to improve the properties of particles through calcined athigh temperature. Through analysis the influence of the calcined temperature to thefilm obtained the suitable calcined processing.
