| It mainly to research hydraulic fracturing pressure relieve and pemeability oftechnology in hebi10th coal mine on this paper.While taking advantage of the methodof combining theory,simulation and field test.By measures to enhance the13071facecoal seam permeability coefficient of hydraulic fracturing,reducing stress peaks,toreduce the amount of construction,improved drainage rate,lower coal seam outburst ofpurpose.In the simulation,through applying high-pressure to boreholes,it forced seam crackextension and break down,improved seam permeability,changed the nature ofcoal,coal-accumulation of energy in the body to release,media pressure release wethvariable width,peak stress concentrations reduced and the concentrated stress peaksfrom32.4MPa down to15.2MPa.In field tests,by hydraulic fracturing pressure to open the coal,fractured weakexpansion and extension in space,bring the hydraulic fracturing pressure-relief scopehas reached about30m,seam permeability is greatly increased;Seam residual gascontent and the residual gas pressure less than the critical value of outburst preventionindicators after hydraulic fracturing,that is the gas content less than8m~3/and the gaspressure less than0.74MPa,the outburst elimination and anti-reflection is obvious;afterfracturing the largest concentration of gas drainage improves before fracturing6.33times,single-hole average daily volume increased by17.7times,drainage effect isclear,and played a relief on pressure relived,permeability enhanced and removedoutburst role. |
