| Stretch bending is a special forming technology of plastic bending, and its mainforming material is metal profiles. Because the forming technology has the characteristicsof small rebound, high precision, and the profile molding pieces have light weight, highstrength, and beautiful surface, which are widely used in the filed of aerospace, trains, cars,etc. While these areas are strict in the forming quality and precision, which directly relatedto the size of the spring back, so it is very important to control spring back precisely whenthe profile is bent.In this paper, it researched the stretch bending spring back of the two typical profilesthrough theoretical resolution, numerical simulation, test analysis, and analyzed the impactof the spring back by the parameters of pre-tension, complement force, and the bendradius etc, and it laid a theoretical foundation for the precise control of the rebound onprofile stretch bending. First, through resolving and analyzing the process of stretchbending on the Π-sectional profiles and sheet, it given the variation value of relativerebound radius and rebound angle with the pre-tension variation. Second, throughsimulating the stretch bending process of the two typical profile by the software ABAQUS,it analyzed the influence on the spring back by pre-tension, bending radius, complementtension and get the spring back value of the radius and angle. It analyzed and researchedthe impact of age-hardening as the roll forming on spring back by correcting regionalmaterials of profiles in the simulation model. At last,it designed the hydraulic system andthe device of force sensor basing on the original device of stretch bending, and acquiredthe tension date through the process of stretch bending by the system, so it achieved thestretch bending test of the two profiles, obtained an accurate test results, and verified thecorrectness and reliability of the theory and simulation results.The research of the stretch bending in this article played some guiding reference informing Π-sectional profiles to the factory, and provided an effective theory to control thespring back precisely, which has a certain theoretical and practical significance. |
