So thestudy of Shen Guang Ⅲ target microfabrication techniques for ICF development hasfar-reaching influence.This article make a simulation and test research on laser micro machiningtechnology through the the summary of the ultraviolet laser and femtosecond lasermicromachining technology.Based on the photothermal and photochemical ablation principle of ultraviolet laser,for the ablation modalities of UV laser processing polystyrene target ball are determined,the polystyrene’s absorption mechanism on ultraviolet laser are analysed, the principle ofthe ultraviolet laser and femtosecond laser removal of metal materials are discussed inthis paper.Using the finite element software studied simulation of UV laser processingpolystyrene target ball microporous process, by means of simulation, the target ballmicroporous removal mechanism and the distribution of the temperature field are studied;according to Van Derwal equation heat on the target ball bottom, avoided slag of themicrohole processing process easily enter inside of the target ball; designed thepositioning mode of processing microporous on target ball and made a experimentalresearch of the ultraviolet laser processing polystyrene target ball microporous, studiedthe effect of microporous morphology by laser power, repetition frequency andprocessing time.Builded a femtosecond laser testing system, according to the single factorexperiment, using femtosecond laser and ultraviolet laser made a cutting test on tantalum,copper, aluminum and titanium metal plate, obtained the relationship of cutting grooveand laser parameters, discussed the influence law of various parameters, compared theprocessing between ultraviolet laser and femtosecond laser through the analysis ofmicro-grooved surface topography. |
