With the rapid development of China’s economy and investment in sewagetreatment increasing regional sewage treatment facilities to the growing popularity andperfect, continuous improvement of sewage treatment rate and depth of treatment. Atthe same time, however, accompanied by a large increase in the amount of sewagetreatment, the amount of sludge generated by the wastewater treatment plant is also asignificant increase, and because of our long-standing existence of "heavy water andlight mud" phenomenon, many the lack of effective wastewater treatment plant sludgetreatment and disposal technology and facilities, sludge treatment and disposalproblems to be solved. Anaerobic Digestion sludge stabilization as a cost-effective andenvironmentally friendly processing technology in the world within the widely adopted.On the other hand, along with the rapid development of China’s urbanization,increasing people’s living standards, annual MSW production is also increasing inmany regions facing the danger of "junk Fortress Besieged". Aerobic composting as agarbage treatment resources, can inactivate pathogenic microorganisms, garbagereduction, improved garbage nature advantages, both to achieve waste stabilizationprocess, but also improve the garbage as fertilizer for agricultural value, is an effectivemeans of the waste disposal. Integrated reactor these two technologies combineorganic co-processing of garbage and sewage sludge. In this paper, on the basis of thesmall scale model of the integrated reactor to study the processing performance ofintegrated reactor start-up phase and in20%,25%,30%three sludge dosing rateoperation. And based on the results of the test, the existing problems in the design ofthe test equipment has been improved.Every five days, garbage bin in the start and run a small test reactor test dosingonce garbage, garbage20.2kg average daily dosing, stop dosing until the arrival ofsummer high temperature, ventilation rate is always controlled at0.2m3/s m3or so.Garbage compartment temperature around25-35℃fluctuations throughout thecomposting process. In the the continuous dosing garbage compost garbage by leachatecan not be discharged in time limit, moisture content, and organic matter removaleffect is not obvious. In the stop dosing garbage, the moisture content of the compostgarbage and VS/TS steadily reduced. The moisture content of about93%or so offresh garbage, VS/TS of0.82-0.88, the composting late garbage moisture content of up to80%or less, VS/TS of about0.39-0.58.The sludge positions the start of the vaccination, during startup sludge dosing rateof12.5%. Startup process the sludge the warehouse temperature with junk positions orless, also fluctuated around25-35℃, more suitable digestion reaction carried. Sludgepositions within SCOD was observed at VFA, alkalinity and pH value indicatorsreached after a certain time of stable normal no significant acidification phenomenon.Sludge positions that start in the late relatively stable gas production, daily gasproduction more than30L. However, due to the low content of organic matter into themud, poor biodegradability limit reactor during the start-up phase of the sludge organicmatter degradation effect is not obvious, into the mud VS/TS0.31-0.35conditions,start late mud VS/TS is about0.30or so. Reactor have a certain compression effect onthe sludge, but the moisture content of the mud still higher start late mud under theconditions of the water content was96%-98%of the mud into the moisture content ofapproximately90%-94%or so.The running test was taken a20%,25%and30%, these three different sludgedosing rate. The test results showed that the dosing rate of20%and25%, the sludgecompartment SCOD, VFA, alkalinity, pH value and other indicators are more stable,and suitable for the conduct of the digestion reaction, better run. When the the dosingrate increase to30%, the sludge compartment alkalinity decline, VFA significantlyelevated acidification trends. The reactor sludge concentrated in25%of the dosing rateis better, and the dosing rate is high can reduce the volume of the reactor, to save cost,it is suggested that the optimal dosing rate of25%of the reactor. Sludge digestion andgas production rate of this vote with ingredients to do the testing, the results show thathigher levels of methane gas energy of higher value.At last,the Monod kinetic model was established in the three operation conditionsof the reactor. The Correlation of the model was good.
